PRE-PAID SIM CARDS ARE NOT SERVICEABLE IN KASHMIR VALLEY

CHILD POLICY:- Children below 5 years are complementary in parent's room without extra bed. (Milk/Food for infant or children below 5 years is chargeable on direct basis payment in hotel.

♦ Information About SONAMARG: 

After Sonamarg ,there is a Point called Zero Point away from sonamarg , Thajiwas Glacier and activities like Fish Point (Under Water Balloon Ride). There is only a Union Cab, Charges for Union Cab: 3000/-to 5000/- (Negotiable) Please bargain to your max.

♦ Information About GULMARG: 

You have to book cab from Tangmarg to Gulmarg on spot by yourself that will cost you approx 2400. In Gulmarg don’t appoint any guide or don’t book any cab  for local sightseen as its not worth there. Do all activities by yourself. Gondola Ride is there (ROPE WAY). In Gondola, you will find Snow and other activities related to Snow. Tickets Are fixed as per Govt.fare i.e.Rs.810* for 1^st phase & Rs.1010* for 2^nd phase. You have to book it online on https://www.jammukashmircablecar.com

♦ Information About PAHALGAM: 

Chandanwari , Aru Valley & Betaab Valley is there, where only Union Taxi is allowed and the fare as per the vehicle rate starts from 2500 to 3000 (Depends on Points). 

♦ Information About BAISARAN: 

This is the best place to visit in pahalgam, Valley is also known as "Mini Switzerland" the place have its own natural beauty. Either you go by walk or by Horse Riding/at your own cost, or other activities are there.

♦ Information About SINTHAN TOP: 

It is a beautiful valley which is covered by attractive mountains and snow. The route from srinagar to Sinthan Top is so attractive and fascinating, and the distance from srinagar to Sinthan Top is 130km. If you want to visit, you must hire a Union cab at your own cost Rs. 6000 max. 

♦ Information About DOODHPATHRI: 

It is a famous valley in kashmir, after reaching Doodhpathri you can go for "Shali Ganga River" , This river is also known as the valley of milk. You can visit through pony/s or union cab at your own cost Rs. 3000 to 5000 max.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The Company is Responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest. All other services which are charged from the guest. All other services which are not paid by the guest to the company are suggested services and company is now here bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same.
• Please note that after the finalization of the Holiday/Tour/service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments/museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges by Goverenment of India, the same would be charged as extra.
• If due to reasons beyond our control like riots, flood, accidents or any other natural or man-made calamities, the program of the tour has to be changed or extended, the additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passenger. As if any passenger , has to leave the tour mid-way, due to any reasons like death of relative , or illness or any other reasons, there shall be no refund for the remaining portion of the tour.
• Transportation as per itinerary only (not available at disposal)
• The package does not include guide services. These can be availed at an additional cost.
• Please note if any activity gets cancelled due to extreme weather conditions, no refunds will be made for such cancellation.
• Please check if you are not availing any service mention in package due to any reason there will be no refund for that.
• Entrance charges are subject to condition according to place of booking.
• Complete payment must be done before your travel.
• Hotel provided in voucher cannot be changed after arrival.
• Itinerary can be changed according to availability of Hotel and time of arrival at destination.
• Refund on cancellation please check our cancellation policy

MODIFICATION IN BOOKING BY YOU:

• If you wish to amend or change your booking, you have to communicate your request to us. Such requests for change or amendment will be accepted subject to availability.

Notes:

• The amended or change booking will be regarded as a new booking.
• In case the amendment is carried out within the cancellation period, then a cancellation charges shall apply.

CHANGE THE TOUR TO ANOTHER: 

• A request in writing for transfer from one tour to another tour 30 days prior to the departure will be treated as cancellation on that tour and a fresh booking on another. In these cases, a transfer fee will be applicable/- per person in addition to the costs for re-processing your documentation. In case you transfer within the cancellation period, then the cancellation policy will apply.

CHANGE IN HOTEL / CAB / HOUSE-BOAT:

• A request in writing for change in HOTEL / CAB / HOUSE-BOAT  if permits and ( SUBJECT TO AVAILABLITY ) then charges will be apply as per category of HOTEL / CAB / HOUSE-BOAT and cancelled HOTEL / CAB / HOUSE-BOAT cancellation charges will be applicable as per their rules if any. In case you change within the cancellation period, then the cancellation policy will apply.

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY:

• In the event of cancellation of travel arrangements due to any reasons, we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the time and date we receive your intimation in writing. Cancellation charges will be as follows:
• Cancellation received no. of  days before departure / Cancellation fee applicable on Net Tour Price ( Per Person )

          Days 00-07 - 100%   -   Days 08-15 - 75%   -   Days 16-30   - 50%     -   Days   31-45 - 40%

          Days 46-60 -   30%   -   Days 61-90 - 20%   -   Days 91-120 - 15%   -   Days 121-900 - 10%

• Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs, incase of cancellation of tour after the booking is made with us, a minimum 10% service charges will be applicable.
• Also there is a seperate cancellation policy for some hotels, as these hotels are charging for 1 night retention charges if cancelled or amended 30 days in advance & retention for entire stay in cancelled or amended 8 days in advance .
• In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
• In case of on the spot booking or peak season hotel bookings, a separate cancellation policy is applicable which we shall advise you as and when Applicable. In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount, which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from our suppliers of services i.e hotels/transporters etc. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals, guide services etc. there will be no refund.
• If Air Tickets has been booked by us 100% of the ticket amount will be deducted if the fare is non-refundable.
• Less than 72 hours or No Show – No Refund

Some cancellation and refund policies are out of our tender:

• Refund for Hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy
• Train Tickets cancellations will follow the Railway’s policy
• Flight Tickets cancellations will follow the airline’s company policy

• In case of payment through credit card, the bank charges (3% extra) – would be levied over and above the total amount.
• All payments should be free and clear of any withholding tax and deduction.
• Bank charges, if any, for remittance (by remitting bank or by intermediary bank) would be strictly borne by payer.
• Apart from above, in case of bookings for special train journeys, hotel or resort bookings during the peak season (Christmas, New Year) full payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.

  RESERVATION POLICY  

Confirmation of the package is subject to receipt of 100% payment. 25% of the payment as advance and rest of the amount on or before 10 days of the tour date otherwise booking will be released automatically without any further intimation from our end. In case when the trip is booked only within 10 days of the tour date 100% of the payment has to be made while booking.

Payments can be made by Credit/Debit Cards and Netbanking for Online Booking and Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS for Offline Bookings.

In case of payment through credit card, the bank charges (3% extra) – would be levied over and above the total amount.

All payments should be free and clear of any withholding tax and deduction.

Bank charges, if any, for remittance (by remitting bank or by intermediary bank) would be strictly borne by payer.

Apart from above, in case of bookings for special train journeys, hotel or resort bookings during the peak season (Christmas, New Year) full payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.
